My King Room was comfy, but the fitness center wasn’t operational!

Unfortunately, the breakfast choices were severely limited, making it hard to start my day on a good note. I was disappointed to find that the eggs were not cooked properly, and there was barely any selection for breakfast meats. Moreover, the apple juice tasted stale, which really wasn't what I expected from a hotel at this price point.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Birmingham Colonnade. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel was clean and inviting. I appreciated the spacious room and the quality of the nearby dining options.

The fitness center wasn’t fully operational!!! Access to a microwave in the room is a must!!! Room cleaning was skipped despite not requesting it!!! Fix these issues for a better stay!!!

It was just a well-suited match for a transient stop in Birmingham, offering good value considering the price it charged. The room was spacious and comfortable, making for a decent night’s rest. Consider bringing snacks as there wasn't a microwave in the room for quick meals.

great location but breakfast needs improvement

The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, directly across from our meeting venue, allowing easy access without dealing with traffic. The staff were not only pleasant but also attentive to our needs during our three-night stay. I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel, which contributed to a comfortable atmosphere throughout our visit.

The cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. I appreciated how inviting the atmosphere felt right from the moment I walked in. On the downside, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I found the selections too limited for a continental breakfast. The eggs weren’t cooked well, and the choice of breakfast meats was sparse. Also, the apple juice didn't taste fresh. I spent 2 nights in a Double Queen Room, where I enjoyed the space and comfort, but I want to see improvements in the breakfast area for future stays.

It was just an excellent fit for a swift visit in Birmingham with excellent value for money. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and quick to assist when I needed extra towels. Make sure to check out the fitness center if you can.

It’s conveniently located next to the Shoppes of the Colonnade, giving plenty of dining options. Plus, the fitness center is a great way to stay active after indulging in all that delicious food!

The hotel is well-maintained with a helpful staff and a decent breakfast spread. Though the room had some cleanliness concerns, including splatters on surfaces, I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the King Room. The location is convenient near quality restaurants and shopping.

Location’s a winner, shopping mall nearby, comfy bed, and a large fitness space made my stay a delight. It's a nice, modern spot!
